There are so many choices about the way you celebrate your wedding. Some couples choose the village hall and invite the whole village and some couples elope to a remote island, James & Lorna chose a really brilliant and original option. Choosing to have a destination wedding might seem like you are excluding some of your family and friends but by choosing France and an affordable, easy to get to Alps wedding venue they were able to have everyone they wanted with them on their wedding day whilst having the most amazing setting. They chose to have a very laid back, no fuss celebration which I expect cost the same or less than a big hotel in the UK. They held their ceremony in front of Le Mas de la Coutettaz or ‘The Farmhouse’ overlooked by the imposing Morzine mountains. This wedding was full of the most gorgeous textures and so interesting to photograph. From the weathered wood and stone venue to the food, everything was ideal for photography including the weather.James and Lorna’s handmade rings.
